SatStream provides 24 x 7 Advanced Support which automatically sends replacement equipment by first available courier to site, together with the appropriate local work teams, to rectify any identified outage in the field. The ensure that we always have remote access to our Clients network, the SatStream monitoring network is connected by a Customer supplier VLAN and a SatStream supplied Dial-In Modem.
